One workout, end to end
Weight, reps, RPE — every cell is a tap. Hold to mark a set in. The timer starts on its own.
Tells you exactly which plates per side for the working weight given the bar and plates you own. Adjusts for kg or lb, rounds to the nearest available pair.
Auto-starts when you mark a set complete. Stays visible while you scroll, while you change exercises, while you check your phone. Haptics when it ends.
Pair two exercises and a next-up banner points you to the partner between sets. The SS-A badge marks the pair. Order is preserved in history; volume rolls up correctly.

Spec sheet
On-device
Workouts, history, and your exercise library live on your phone. Nothing leaves the device unless you turn on encrypted backup.
Build once, run again
Build a routine from your exercises with default rest, set ranges, and warm-ups. Re-run it from the home screen with one tap. No prebuilt programs you wouldn't use anyway.
W / # / D / F
Warm-up, working, drop set, failure — one tap to switch. Warm-ups stay out of working volume. Drop and failure sets stay tagged so trend lines don't lie.
Per-exercise default
Auto-starts when you mark a set complete. Stays visible while you scroll. Per-exercise default duration, haptics, and an optional sound when it ends.
Per barbell lift
For barbell lifts, shows plates per side for the working weight given the bar and plates you have. Warm-up generator builds a ramp from the bar to your top set.
Auto-detected
Weight, estimated 1RM, and volume PRs shown at the end of each workout. Per-set badges in history. Bodyweight and assisted-lift modes track added or removed weight against your current bodyweight.
Per top set
After every workout, Tillen reads your top set and suggests the next jump. If progress stalls across three sessions, it offers a 10% deload instead. Accept either inline; reject and nothing changes.
Per-exercise
Frequency heatmap, volume over time, muscle split, per-exercise progress curve. Period selector, drag to reorder what you see first.
