View past workouts.
The History tab lists every completed workout. Tap any to see the full set log, session note, and PR badges. Redo Workout copies it as a fresh session.
The History tab lists every completed workout, newest first. Each row shows date, name, duration, exercise count, and total volume.
Tap a workout to open the detail view. You’ll see the full exercise list, every completed set (weight, reps, type), session note, and any PR badges earned that session.
To repeat a past workout, tap Redo Workout in the detail view. A blank workout opens with the same exercises and set configs (uncompleted). Useful for repeating a routine without saving it as a template.
To delete a workout, swipe its row left in the History list and confirm. There’s a brief undo window in a snackbar.
